Which Exercises Will I Do With Freeletics?
Each exercise comes in three variations: cardio, standard and strength. Cardio style is the easiest execution of an exercise but done with a bigger amount of repetitions. Standard style is the medium intensity execution of an exercise with reduced repetitions. Finally, strength exercises are the hardest ones to do but they have repetitions as standard exercises. The major exercises are the following ones:

How Long Does a Freeletics Workout Take?

Where Can I Do Freeletics?
Everywhere. You can do it at home, in the backyard, a park, fitness studio… just everywhere you want to do it. This is one of the best advantages of Freeletics. You are not dependent on weather or other factors.

What Do I Need for Freeletics?
Besides something solid that you can hold on to in order to make pull-ups, you don’t need anything. Well… you might wanna have a comfy outfit, sneakers…. A yoga mat or a big towel will make you feel comfy, but is not mandatory.

How Long is the Subscription Valid?
Your subscription is valid according to the duration of your coach. It will renew automatically if you don’t change this option in the options menu.
